Note: 3B and 13BT engines did not originally come with MLS gaskets.

This is a High Quality Aftermarket MLS Cylinder Head Gasket.

The Toyota OEM gasket with the same part number is listed here: 11115-58110 OEM

Visually this gasket is almost indistinguishable from the Toyota factory gasket offering; the only real difference I can see is the name printed on this one.

Cylinder head and block surfaces need to be perfectly flat as per the service specifications in the Factory Service Manual.

The cylinder liner protrusions must be even, and low enough to allow an MLS gasket to seal to the cylinder block and head with enough clamping force.

MLS cylinder head gaskets generally require the block and head surfaces to be finished to an RA or 20-30 to ensure proper sealing, though this can vary somewhat. RA is the "roughness average" of the surface finish and is measured using a special tool for this purpose.

Gasket once installed and then removed will show that it will have compressed or crushed to about 0.055" (1.397mm). Ensure your cylinder protrusion is such that there is enough compression on the gasket to seal properly. [customer supplied information]
