If your relay rod end housing is in good condition, you can use the DLK2 kit (also listed in suggested items) to rebuild the inner components.

A re-useable end can be distinguished from a worn-out end most often by the condition and wear in the keyhole shape where the ball stud comes out of the part. If worn or questionable, then replace the entire part since worn steering components are potentially very dangerous.
