Note: in later versions of the Land Cruiser split transfer case, this seal was replaced with a two-sided seal with two sets of back to back sealing lips supported by two tension springs and dimensions 48x72x11. This updated seal does offer better sealing and reduced oil movement between the transfer case and transmission.
