This version of the 2B, 3B ,13B water pump has a different flange for the water pump pulley and fan clutch than the 16100-59105 version: the bolt pattern is somewhat smaller, but uses 8mm studs.

A note about water pump installation and water pump belts:
• Using the proper Japanese belts and using the factory specified belt tension is critical for proper water pump lifespan.
• The number 1 reason why these types of water pumps fail prematurely is from excessive belt tension.
* Do not over tension the belts. If your belts are noisy, squealing, or whatever, the belts should be replaced with new Japanese belts rather than using excessive tension to get them to stop being noisy. And do not use belt dressing to quieten belts, that stuff is basically "snake oil".
