This is the larger 64mm u-joint that was used from 1974 (with the introduction of the 4 speed transmission) & up.
Note that the front u-joints in 80 Series Land Cruisers use a slightly smaller joint that can be found under the following part numbers: 04371-35031, 04371-35050, 04371-04351, 04371-60070.
This is strong, high quality aftermarket u-joint. The main difference between this and the OEM joint is that this one has external cup seals and the OEM joint has internal seals.
Note: The orientation of the grease fitting is very important when installing either this or the OEM u-joint. The fitting is offset slightly to one side and must be in the correct position or you will not be able to grease the u-joint after installation.
