In some applications, the vent or fuel return line may not be needed and should be appropriately plugged.
Does not suit FJ62 with fuel injection as this uses an in-tank pump

Fitment Notes in brief:
To get to the fuel section tube:
-Spare tire has to come off
-Spare tire carrier has to come off
-If you have a rear sway bar, that has to come off, plus the end links
-All the fuel fill lines, full hose and vent hoses
-From inside the vehicle, there is a small hatch in the middle of the rear compartment where you can disconnect the fuel sender wire. Then, when lowering the tank make sure it's clear and not getting pulled.
- Loosen the tank straps
-Lower the tank down
-When fitting a new suction tube into place, there is a small “Tuna can” attached to the inside bottom of the fuel tank that the pick up tube filter must rest in (helps prevent air getting into fuel when it's sloshing around). Pay attention to getting this placed correctly or you will have problems with the fuel pick up only getting about half the fuel out of the tank !!!
If your particular model does not have fuel return from the injection pump, the extra (non filtered) tube must be capped. A piece of fuel hose, a couple of hose clamps, and a bolt inserted into the hose end will do in a pinch, otherwise there are caps available for this task at some parts stores.
