There are a few differences between the various ABS brake masters for the LX450 and the FZJ80 - a lot of it has to do with where the brake fluid level float connector sits in the cylinder.
This particular unit has a socket in the side of the fluid reservoir, while 47201-60551 has the pigtail coming out of the lid.
Note the fluid tubes mount to the left side rear, and then the top front of this master cylinder.
