This is the centering ball repair kit for Toyota 4Runners & Pick Up truck double cardan front driveshafts.
Make sure the yoke is in good shape prior to attempting to rebuild your front driveshaft. Often the pin that is part of the centering yoke is worn out and the yoke will need to be replaced before you can complete this job.
The best way to avoid the major hassle of rebuilding the double cardan is to grease it after every off-road trip that involves mud or water, or water crossings. And make sure grease comes out of each cup as well as the centre ball.
